Every lender on this page signed our statement of faith before their name went up. Not a marketing badge, not a self-reported category. A confession of Jesus as Lord. That's the gate, it's the same gate for every listing on LocateFaith, and it's the only thing we can promise about every person here.
We also reach out to welcome most new lenders when they join. We pray for them right there on the call. A genuine hello, not a background check, not a quiz on their underwriting process.
Past that, the work is theirs. Home loans are complicated in a way that most financial decisions honestly aren't, and the gap between a lender who walks you through every line and one who rushes you to closing matters enormously. We don't sit in on those conversations. We don't grade the disclosures or score the communication or quietly rank anyone's patience with a nervous first-time buyer who has seventeen questions about escrow. What we do is point you toward people who share your faith and let the reviews do the honest work of separating the careful from the careless.
Coverage here is solid. Enough that you have real choices, which means the reviews below aren't a formality. They're how you actually decide. A lender who returns calls, explains the numbers plainly, and doesn't vanish after the rate lock is worth a lot. Whether a specific one earns that from you is still yours to figure out. Start with the faith. Use the reviews. Make the call.

Frequently asked questions
What does it mean for a lender to be listed here?
It means the owner signed our statement of faith, confessing Jesus as Lord. We also call most new listings to welcome them and pray for them on that call, a hello, not a vetting session. We don't inspect their work or review their loan files.
Does LocateFaith check whether the lender is licensed?
We don't. Licensing is public record and you can verify it through your state's financial regulator or the NMLS consumer access site. That step is on you, and honestly it should be regardless of where you found the lender.
How do I know if a lender is actually good at their job?
The reviews are where that lives. We can tell you the statement of faith was signed. What we can't see is how the lender actually treats a borrower at hour nine of an anxious closing day. Other customers can, and they usually say so.
Is the list complete? Are there Christian lenders not on here?
Almost certainly yes. Every listing is opt-in. A lender who shares the faith but hasn't joined LocateFaith simply won't appear yet. The commitment is real for everyone here. They signed our statement. But the directory grows as more believers choose to list.
