Hoop to Praise™ is a Christ-centered creative movement ministry serving girls ages 12+ and women of all ages through Bible study, worship, and joyful movement with the hoop. Our classes combine Scripture, faith-based encouragement, and beginner-friendly hooping to help participants grow spiritually, build confidence, and connect in Christian community. We also offer Hoop to Praise™ Teacher Training, equipping women to lead classes, small groups, and ministry programs in their churches and communities.
