When I founded Jaryd’s Residential Tech Support in July 2025, it started as a simple way to help out people in our local community. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people, making great friends, and—despite the "residential" in our original name—earning the trust of our first local business clients. Backed by three and a half years of professional IT experience, I’ve spent my career navigating technology landscapes and helping people solve everyday tech challenges. Stepping Into a New Chapter We are officially stepping into our second year with a brand-new chapter. Today, I am proud to announce our official LLC Amendment with the state to change our name to JR Tech Support, reflecting our natural growth and expansion into offering IT services for small local businesses. Alongside our core tech support, year two brings two major milestones: JRTS Prints: Expanding online with a dedicated Etsy store and our website, featuring exclusive functional and novelty designs born from a lifelong passion for graphic design and 3D printing. Commercial Offerings: Formally launching structured, value-driven IT solutions built specifically to help local small businesses keep their systems running smoothly and efficiently. The Mission At our core, our model is simple: deliver reliable, professional-grade expertise while keeping things practical and affordable for local consumers and businesses. Beyond that, we are committed to giving back, aiming for profit to tithing of our local church and hopefully someday being able to support missions around the globe.
Alpha & Omega Tech Services is a Christian-owned electronics repair business serving Logan County, surrounding communities throughout Southern West Virginia, and mail-in customers from outside the local area. We provide professional repair services for phones, tablets, computers, laptops, game consoles, controllers, and other electronic devices. Local customers can visit our West Logan shop, while customers farther away may contact us about available mail-in repair services for supported devices and repair types. Our services include screen and battery replacement, charging-port repair, HDMI-port repair, controller stick-drift repair, computer troubleshooting, microsoldering, circuit-board repair, and advanced board-level diagnostics. We offer free diagnostics and take the time to explain the problem, the available repair options, and whether the device is worth repairing.
