Cornerstone ProWash & Paint

David did an amazing job cleaning my gutters. He even took photos of the gutters when the job was done! He was really great and will be my new gutter and power wash company.

I worked with David in the spring on getting my house, fences, walkways, pool deck and shed pressure washed. When I contacted him, he immediately responded and we set a date for him to review the areas needing cleaning. He came by on a cold, winter day and looked through everything and provided a quote that evening which I thought was very reasonable given the amount of areas he had to clean. We set the work for late April 2026 and he reconfirmed what needed to be done. In addition to the pressure washing, I wanted my decks painted and he cleaned the decks so well, it was almost a shame to paint them. It was as if I had another deck installed. That's how good they came out! Needless to say, I went ahead with the painting and it looks so amazing. For painting, he recommended Super Deck which was my responsibility to pick the color and to purchase the actual paint for the project on my decks. He was also kind to help me with my indecisiveness on what color to choose. It's great to get the deck painted but you want to be sure, you're happy with the color. He did mention I would need to touch up every few years with paint which is what I've heard as well. I did have some boards replaced before he started which was handled by someone else and then we realized there was another area where some wood needed replacing. The person who handled the previous replacements wasn't available until a later date so David wound up taking the measurements, going to Home Depot and handling swapping the wood pieces himself so he could complete his project. The labor and materials weren't much and I thought was fair. David takes pride in his work and is very professional. His communication is interactive and for me, that is so important. Overall, his work on pressure washing and painting was wonderful and it was a pleasurable experience. David is simply a nice person as well so it's good when you can build a rapport with someone that is doing work on your home. I recommend Cornerstone ProWash & Paint (fka Lance-a-lot Exterior Cleaning Services) for pressure washing and painting. You will be so happy with the outcome and you'll be pleased with his fair pricing.
