General construction and engineering services

We used GCES after our condo was flooded during Hurricane Helene. We had a great experience with GCES. The process of rebuilding was difficult because of the delays and misinformation of the county permit office (they were severely understaffed and our permit took months to get issued). However the contractor was always helpful and so were their workers. They worked with us on all the issues that came up with the county office and we passed all inspections.
