I had a piece of siding blow off of my house during the windstorm. It was located at the top of the second floor roofline - something I could not safely attempt to repair. I called William McKracherne at LGFMH Solutions on a Saturday. He returned my call promptly and asked for me to send him a photo of the area where the siding was missing. He called back after viewing it and asked if he could come on a Sunday morning. He kept in touch with us by text. He brought his ladder & nails and did the work quick and professionally for a very reasonable charge. Other companies we contacted said it was too small a job for them. We are very pleased and will recommend.

Out standing job

I submitted a thumbtack request and he came out on the agreed upon date and completed the job. I needed gutters cleaned, shutters removed, soffit and a wood post repair for my rental property. I’m very pleased with the work and will rehire again.

I highly recommend William McKracherne, owner of LGFMH! This was my second project with William, and once again, he did an excellent job. This time, he replaced one of the support posts on my front porch, repainted the entire porch, and even straightened out the railings. The difference is amazing—it truly gave my whole house a face lift! The first job William did for me was repairing holes in the soffit on my roof, and I was so happy with his work that I called him again for this project. William is fast, reliable, reasonably priced, and takes pride in doing a great job. It's hard to find someone you can trust to do quality work at a fair price, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
