Chad Fortenberry with Tech Town Realty was an absolute pleasure to work with. When it came time to buying our first home, Chad was very upfront and honest with Us about what we could and could not do in this process. My wife and I looked at multiple homes with Chad and he kept telling us this isn’t the one, this isn’t the one and we got a little frustrated, however, it was a good thing that he kept saying no to certain homes and put all of his experience and focused on our wants and needs. We ended up with the most perfect home on a big corner lot with a lot of room to grow our family. My parents also worked with them in buying their home when they first moved to Lubbock.
