Each experience with Vivian was as seamless as this process could be. She is confident, knowledgeable , and went the extra mile for us so many times. We are out of state and that makes things more challenging, but Vivian handles things so efficiently. We highly recommend her !!
I can’t recommend Vivian enough! She was so helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient, easy to communicate with, and always there to answer any questions we had. You can tell she truly cares about her clients, and I’m so grateful for all her help. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! 🏡💕

Thank you Julio, For a 1st time Buyer you had all your ducks lined up!
worked with Vivian Ferreira in 2012 when I bought my first property, and she's been my realtor ever since. Over the years she's helped me buy and sell multiple properties, and I wouldn't think of working with anyone else. What sets Vivian apart is how thorough she is. She digs into every detail of a property, tracks down the documentation, and makes sure I know exactly what I'm getting into before I commit. She truly leaves no stone unturned. She's also an excellent negotiator: she knows the market, advocates hard for her clients, and has consistently gotten me great results. On top of her knowledge and skill, Vivian is a genuine pleasure to work with. She's professional and dependable, and she always has my best interests at heart. Plenty of people get through one transaction with a realtor; I've stayed with Vivian for well over a decade, and that says it all. Whether you're a first-time buyer or buying and selling for years, I can't recommend Vivian highly enough.
