He was responsive, professional, and took the time to explain the root cause of the flooring issues instead of simply providing a quote. He answered every question I had, updated the estimate when requested, and quickly provided all of the documentation needed for our vendor approval process. Our internal review has taken several months, and Angel has remained patient and responsive the entire time. I appreciate the professionalism and communication he has shown throughout the process and would absolutely work with him again.
