Angel R Construction

We've hired Angel for four projects at our house this year and would use him again without hesitation. He converted our attic into a finished office, handled a list of smaller jobs, rebuilt a section of our fence, and cleaned and repaired our copper gutters. The office was the big one. Angel took a raw 22 by 22 attic and turned it into a real workspace: new subfloor and flooring, fire-rated drywall ceiling, insulation, a new door, electrical and lighting, and a mini split. The finished room turned out great and the quality of the work is excellent. A few things stood out. He puts everything in writing and sends a proper contract before he starts. When we trimmed some items from the original scope, he revised the contract that same night and credited us the difference. He's licensed and insured and sent his certificate before the first day of work. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, communicated well with my wife when I wasn't around, and cleaned up when they were done. Pricing was fair on every job, big and small. Angel is a straight shooter who does good work. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Angel throughout the estimating process for a commercial flooring project. He was responsive, professional, and took the time to explain the root cause of the flooring issues instead of simply providing a quote. He answered every question I had, updated the estimate when requested, and quickly provided all of the documentation needed for our vendor approval process. Our internal review has taken several months, and Angel has remained patient and responsive the entire time. I appreciate the professionalism and communication he has shown throughout the process and would absolutely work with him again.

Angel is honest and has integrity in his work. I enjoyed working with him. He has an old fashion integrity which is refreshing in today's world. His prices are fair and competitive. I would call on him again
