Armor Air

We recently had Armor Air replace our entire HVAC system and had a fantastic experience. We were originally set on a specific brand, but the owner of Armor Air personally called us, walked us through the options, and recommended Rheem. We’ve never had an owner personally reach out to help us make a decision, and we really appreciated the time he took to explain everything. During that conversation, I learned that the brand we were originally considering did not qualify for the Energy Star rebates, while the Rheem system did. Armor Air provided a fantastic warranty, helped us enroll in their maintenance program, and completed the installation professionally. They ran into a small supplier issue during the installation, but they made sure we had heat before leaving. The following day, they returned and ensured everything was 100%. Once we started running the AC, we discovered a minor issue, and Armor Air was out the very same day. Kameron has been absolutely fantastic, consistently going above and beyond to help us. He moved our thermostat, helped resolve a ductwork issue left by our builder, and made sure the inverter system was operating properly. We highly recommend Kameron and the entire Armor Air team. We’ve also enjoyed following Armor Air on Facebook and other social media platforms because they regularly share educational content that has helped us learn more as homeowners.

This is a company that truly cares about doing what’s right! I will recommend them to anyone that’ll listen for as long as I’m around. They’re quick to respond, very professional, and the technicians were very knowledgeable and ready to answer all my questions!

Armor Air was recommended to me by Erik Longenecker. I had been making excuses to not have anyone come out because of money, but I finally broke down and made an appointment since winter is coming. And I'm glad I did. Shawn came by to do a furnace tune-up today. I knew that we had been having some issues with the furnace kicking on during the winter, so it seemed like a good idea to get it checked out. Shawn was able to determine what the problem was. He took the time to explain to me and show me exactly what the problem was, and what would need to be done to fix it. I am very greatful for the time, effort and professionalism that I was shown today. Today, July 23rd I had my air conditioner checked by Sean. He was very professional. Sean was quite jovial while working, and I could tell how much he enjoys his job. He made sure that I knew what was going on with my air conditioner, and continuously asked me if I had any questions.
