Do yourself a favor and use Elena Chinea.

Elena is the best!
I found Elena through social media after searching for houses in the Tampa area. She responded to me so quickly and then reached out to get further information from me - and we spent probably an hour on the phone just talking about our lives and our families... and yes, about real estate too, haha! She was a joy to talk with! When it came down to business, she did everything she could to help me out - we're talking going the distance because I wasn't in the same state as her and she took the time to show me homes via Facetime. I was so pleased with her professionalism, her advice, her positive attitude, her knowledge... and her warm and caring nature... that we have reached out to her for even more help in the real estate market with a potential sale. And honestly, I feel like I gained a friend... when my daughter runs to her to give her a hug when she sees her (after only meeting her maybe 2 times) that says a lot. Elena is awesome, and I would highly recommend her as an agent!!

Oh my goodness, my heart is so full reading this! ❤️ THIS is exactly why I love what I do! Yes, real estate brought us together, but it's the relationships and friendships that make this journey so incredibly special. I remember our first conversation, and I think we talked more about life and family than we did about houses! Haha! But that's what it's all about for me. Getting to know the people I'm blessed to serve, not just their real estate needs. And your sweet daughter running up to give me a hug?
