Kenda is a very hard worker she went over and beyond for my family

My wife and I had found out that we were expecting a second child, so we decided that we were interested in possibly buying our first home. Before this, we had been skeptical because we were not sure if we wanted to stay in the area, but with having two school-age children we decided it would be best for our family to settle into our own space. We were referred to Kendra Scott and from the first interaction she was amazing. She listened to our situation and took the time to understand and somewhat get to know us on a personal level so that she could help us find the perfect first home. Kendra is very knowledgeable about the areas that she services and she seems to have an amazing relationship with builders as well as other real estate agents. She set up a showing for us with a DR Horton home on a Sunday because that was the only day that we had available. We liked the home but we didn't really like the location. She made a phone call and a representative from DR Horton came out on their day off and showed us a few other locations. Allow me to add that it was pouring down raining that day. The representative even told us that if it had been any agent other than Kendra calling them, they probably would not have come out in the rain on their day off. Once we settled on the location and model that we liked Kendra then used her relationship with the builder to work out the perfect deal for us. I know that she went above and beyond for us because I've heard horror stories from other people that I personally know about their home buying experience, and a lot of it had to do with the agent they were working with, however my home buying experience is completely different. The hardest part of our experience was getting the builders and the lending company to concede to Kendra's demands. Kendra is a bulldog and she was not going to settle when she knew they could do better for us. My wife and I closed on our house and now we are actually having conversations about possibly purchasing more property in the next year or two, and we have already decided that Kendra Scott is the only real estate professional we will work with.

Every time I work with Kendra Williams, she is an absolute Delight! She is very thorough, kind unassuming, and very resourceful. She does not hesitate to educate kindly of all the possible opportunities while working with her in the real estate market.
