Life changing experience!!
I found smash about 3/4 yrs ago after going through a life changing event. Since attending here, I have gone from a student, to a certified instructor, to now teaching one of the adult fitness classes at smash!! I never thought I would be able to find the confidence much less the ability to teach dance! It’s all thanks to smash. It has done wonders for me and healed me in more ways than one. I recommend coming to smash to anyone and everyone no matter your story, shape or size, or dance ability. This is a place for EVERYONE. To have fun, make new friends, build confidence, and find yourself again! I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without SMASH. 🥹
