The whole process from start to finish was so easy. From the quote to the install. The service tech, Jennifer and Antonio, had to stay a little longer to finish the job. They kindly answered all of our questions. At the end of the night my husband and I had to leave. While they were cleaning up out front. Our dog was trying to get out from our gate. Jennifer called us to let us know. Her and Antonio waited for us to return. We were so grateful. Also, the excitement Antonio showed too when everything ran smoothly, was as If it was his own AC. It’s not often you find a company that truly stands behind its word and the products they sell, but this company does! We replaced two AC units with them, and I can honestly say their pricing was fair but their customer service is exceptional. I especially want to recognize Rose, the owner. When we experienced problems with one of our units, she personally stepped in and made sure we were taken care of. One thing Rose said to me that really stuck was, “We are in this together.” And she meant it! Rose is a stand-up person, a woman of her word, and someone who genuinely cares about her customers. What I appreciate most is that they don’t just sell you a product and disappear. They stand behind what they sell. We’re also enrolled in their maintenance plan, which I absolutely love! They come out twice a year to check the units, make sure everything is working properly, and change the filters. It’s one less thing we have to worry about. It’s very refreshing to find a company that values relationships just as much as making a sale. Rose, thank you for your honesty, integrity, and for always making sure we’re taken care of. Rose and the team at AARD earned our trust by taking the time to explain, diagnose, and fix an issue we had been dealing with for over a year. Less than a year after buying our home in Riverside, we noticed condensation leaking down the back of the house. We called a major HVAC company that advertises throughout Southern California. They came out the next day and told us our original equipment was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Knowing very little about HVAC systems, we trusted their recommendation. We told them we wanted the best for our home because we planned to stay for many years. Five days and $42,000 later, we had two new units installed. That was in November. By the following summer, the leak was still there, and the system kept shutting down during hot weather. We spent over a year going back and forth with that company without a lasting solution. I finally turned to social media for help. Several companies contacted me, but Rose stood out because she took the time to educate me about our equipment and explain what could be happening, without immediately trying to sell us another system. AARD evaluated our setup and explained that the installed units were oversized for our home and poorly matched to our existing equipment. They also provided an estimate of around $11,000, including labor, for the system they would have recommended. After spending $42,000, that was incredibly frustrating to hear. The biggest surprise? AARD traced the leak to a clogged upstairs bathroom sink drain. The issue that started this entire ordeal may not have required new HVAC equipment at all. Although we were already stuck with the units we had purchased, Rose and her team made adjustments that stopped the system from shutting down whenever it got hot. We now use AARD for all our maintenance. Honest, responsive, reasonably priced, and reliable. We’re so grateful to Rose and the AARD team and highly recommend them!
