Anthony came out an assessed the AC that wasn’t blowing very cold air. He determined it was the part in the attic that had a tiny leak causing the grief. Fortunately it was still covered under warranty and we only had to cover a small part. Really appreciate the quick actions and rapid repair.

Very happy with the service. Joe was polite and professional. Did a great job.

Tech came on 10/5. Determined system was out of freon and deemed remainder of system OK. Installed 15# of freon. Two days later all freon had leaked out. Assistant service manager came to see what had happened and after discussion agreed that we would be refunded monies paid for the freon. Had a technician from another company the same afternoon. They determined that the coil in the air handler was flaking from age (30 years) and freon should never have been installed. There was likely a severe leak in the coil which could likely not be found. I expect a full refund for my $1,505 paid based on the incompetance of the tech.

Although it was Saturday night when I called them, they replied quickly and also sent me a repairman on Sunday morning. He arrived promptly and was very clean, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. He installed a new thermostat and removed the “Smart“ Thermostat that was on the wall. I don’t want any “Smart“ products in my home as they want to dictate what goes on in my home. I would rather program the thermostat to my liking. Their prices were also very reasonable .

From the initial call to schedule service to the technician coming to the house, they were very professional. Anthony was our technician and was able to quickly identify the problem. He was very nice and helpful. They will find out if the part or parts are still under warranty and get back to us. Work still needs to be completed but I am confident they will treat right.

I had a new air system installed a couple of years ago by another company, and it never worked right from the start. I called them out at least nine times, and eventually they just stopped showing up without ever fixing the problem. The people they sent always felt sketchy—it seemed like they were just subcontractors who installed units but didn’t really know what they were doing. This is the first AC company I’ve had out here that actually feels legitimate. The two technicians who came out were excellent. They worked the whole time, were super friendly, professional, and never got annoyed by all my questions. I would prefer those two guys come to my house every time—they were perfect. Y’all need to give them a raise. Too many companies settle for subpar employees. From now on I’ll be recommending you to my construction clients here in Brooksville. I really appreciate it.

The 2 techs notified me when in route, and arrived on time. They explained everything in detail and where very professional.

I always have a good experience when I use Air Source all the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and always professional. I will continue to use them as I have been using them since I moved here in 2020.
