Burns in the Kitchen

Highly recommend BITK for anyone navigating a time where they need help with diet restrictions or making sure you have nourishing meals on hand. I had my order shipped and received everything well packed and cold. I primarily used the microwave to reheat and everything stood up pretty well (salmon I did at reduced power). I did freeze a couple of the entrees because I didn't get through them as quickly as I anticipated (I still try to cook when I can. Flavors were great, the fall shepherds pie was really flavorful and better than regular shepherds pie. I mostly eat them for lunches, so the portions were actually perfect or on the generous side.

I feel great no more migraines and I lost weight. Burns in the Kitchen tailored a plan for me and gave me the support needed to stick to the plan. The meals were satisfying and delicious. I enjoyed the variety and receiving meals that were familiar with healthy ingredients. The egg roll bowl was my favorite! I also loved not having to think about what I was going to eat. In addition receiving these meals helped me to get in the habit about making good food choices. I highly recommend this service.
