★☆☆☆☆ Based on my personal experience as an employee, I cannot recommend Cherokee Mitsubishi as a workplace. I joined the dealership ready to work hard, contribute, and build something positive. Instead, I experienced poor communication, inconsistent expectations, a lack of support, and treatment that left me feeling undervalued and unfairly treated. On multiple occasions, deals I had worked on were taken away from me, and I was never paid for them. This was extremely frustrating and made me feel that my time, effort, and contributions were not respected. When I raised these concerns, I did not feel they were handled professionally or addressed with meaningful accountability. Employees deserve clear leadership, fair compensation, and the opportunity to voice concerns without being dismissed or made to feel disposable. A company’s values should be reflected not only in how it treats customers, but also in how it treats the people working behind the scenes. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the image the dealership presents publicly. Leadership needs to communicate honestly, honor employees’ work, and create a culture built on respect, support, and integrity.
