He was very helpful and willing to listen to my concerns. What stood out most was that he took the time to actually sit down and have a conversation with me. I’m in my 70s, and that kind of patience, respect, and personal attention means a lot to me. I truly appreciate the way he treated me and took the time to listen.

My experience with Cool Breeze Air & Heat was absolutely amazing. Avie took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Even though my AC system is older, he was able to bring it back to life and get it cooling again. He was also honest and made it clear that I should start planning ahead for a future replacement. Great service, honest advice, and very professional. Highly recommend
