Excellent service! Very prompt and professional! We called on a Monday afternoon and had a technician at our home by Tuesday afternoon to fix our system. They even talked me through how to turn off the water to my leaking humidifier via text Monday night. We will be using Deeply Rooted for all of our HVAC needs moving forward.

Home and business I trust them with it all, because they truly care. They are clutch, and fair!

I reached out to Deeply Rooted to assist a local non-profit in. They reached out within the day and were able to assist the organization with their heating issue. Deeply Rooted has also assisted me with my home furnace and quickly resolved the issue right as the weather was turning cold. Highest of recommendations. Matt Pastor and his team are top-notch!

We used Deeply Rooted Mechanical for our coffee shop project in Livonia, and they did an awesome job from start to finish! From pulling permits to handling all the finishing details, their team went above and beyond. Their customer service is top-notch, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We’ll definitely be using them on all our future projects. Highly recommend!

Great service and communication to fix AC.

Deeply Rooted services my furnace about a year ago and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The service technician promptly diagnosed the issue Rand returned within a day to fix the problem after having to get the part from a local HVAC supply store. It seems like they really uphold their values and I’ve recommended them to many friends already.

Chase has been great. Helped through a rough spot in the winter/spring and kept his appt on time for the fall checkup. Highly recommended, great group!
