Medicare was honestly confusing and overwhelming to me before I talked with Vickie. She took the time to first understand what I actually needed instead of immediately trying to sell me something. She was incredibly thorough and explained all the different parts and options in a way that finally made sense. She walked me through things step by step and answered questions I didn’t even know I should be asking. Instead of just throwing a bunch of plans and terminology at me, she explained what each option meant, how it could affect me, and why one choice might make more sense than another. By the time we were done, I felt like I actually understood what I was choosing instead of just hoping I picked the right thing. That made a process I had been dreading feel much more manageable.

I had been putting off dealing with Medicare because I really didn’t understand where to start. Vickie made it much less intimidating. She asked good questions, helped me figure out what mattered most for my situation, and then narrowed things down so I wasn’t trying to sort through a million options on my own. I really appreciated that she didn’t make me feel silly for not understanding all the terminology. She explained things in plain English and gave me the time I needed to think through everything. She also has such an easy, genuine personality that you feel comfortable with her right away. She’s down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor, which made the whole process feel a lot less intimidating. I left the conversation feeling relieved instead of overwhelmed, which says a lot considering how confusing Medicare can be.
