When I started this product, my A1c was at 7.4 and it only six months. I got my A1c down to 6.3 and lost 45 pounds. I love how with the tea I can fast 24 hours and not even miss food it has made me feel so much better and more active. I would definitely recommend this product.

Metabolic health has not been in the forefront of medical discussion. F4Fasting has an approach that works! My health is much better, I know more about how I got where I was and how to continue to maintain what I have gained! Great insights and tools that work!
