Nothing compares to the personal attention and access Cindy gives her clients! We don't have to mess with calling the cruise line and sitting on hold forever or waiting over the weekend because the big box travel outlet is closed. We even called her FROM a ship one time, and she took care of an issue for THAT cruise. She's the best.
