Luna Digital Services

We have had the pleasure of working with Brett Palladino and the team at Luna Digital for the past eight months, and our experience has been exceptional. When Brett began working with us, our website had numerous backend issues left unresolved by our previous provider. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the site, identify the problems, and systematically correct them. His technical knowledge and attention to detail have made a significant difference in the performance, reliability, and overall functionality of our website. Beyond correcting existing issues, Brett has introduced us to technologies, tools, and solutions we were previously unaware of, helping us improve both the frontend and backend of our site as well as its hosting, storage, and overall efficiency. What has impressed us most is Brett's combination of technical expertise and customer service. He is responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to understanding our business and making sure our website supports our needs. Rather than simply addressing individual problems, he looks at the bigger picture and recommends solutions that will benefit us long term. Brett has become a trusted resource for our company, and we greatly appreciate the work he has done for us. I would highly recommend Luna Digital and Brett Palladino to any business looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and service-oriented web development and digital technology partner. Sincerely, John Lynch SaltGear LLC
