I have had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside Janeth Galliani on her cooking programs at the Huntington Public Library. Janeth combines her culinary expertise and teaching skills to create a warm, welcoming environment for children of all ages, who thoroughly enjoy learning from her and making delicious creations.
Maria’s Mexican food never disappoints. I’m always returning for more because it’s just that good. They’re both so sweet, energetic, and genuinely loving with everyone.
Janeth is incredibly warm, fun, thoughtful, patient, and kind in every interaction and every class we’ve taken with her over the past several years. She consistently goes above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for every child. From the high-quality ingredients she uses to the encouraging, welcoming atmosphere she creates, Janeth ensures every child is in a safe environment where they can learn, grow, and build confidence. It’s obvious that this isn’t just a job or a business to her-she genuinely loves working with children and creating memorable cooking experiences, and that passion shines through in every class. My daughter’s favorite classes are always the ones Janeth teaches, especially the cooking classes where she gets to try fun new foods and recipes. She looks forward to every session. I give Janeth my highest recommendation. Any family would be fortunate to have their child learn from someone who cares as deeply and teaches as exceptionally as she does.

The food is absolutely delicious! Every dish is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Janeth and her mom are incredibly kind, welcoming. You can truly taste the love and care they put into every meal. I highly recommend giving them a try—you won't be disappointed!
