I had my home re-piped with PEX IN 2024 and recently discovered several leaks in the crawlspace below my home due to aggressive rodent activity. A leak in a cracked grey water drainpipe was also discovered and the combined effects of the numerous leaks resulted in the creation of a lake below my home. The repair of the leaks was handled by Amen and his P3 crew prior to the mucking out and drying out the lake. Over the course of nine or ten days the P3 crew was onsite and under my house on numerous occasions while the aggressive rodent activity was being controlled. Overall, this was not an inexpensive endeavor however, given the number of calls responded to, the responsiveness of Amen, the tight and wet working conditions I believe the overall cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend Amen and his P3 team to service anyone’s plumbing needs.
