My family and I have had the privilege to work with Mike Dyal throughout multiple facets of life, each of which has brought a level of satisfaction and appreciation. Mike's ability to really connect with people, truly invest in them, and assess their needs is one of his greatest strengths. He takes excellent care of his people and comes to bats for them, regardless of the difficulty of the task. He is someone who has great integrity, is trustworthy, and is honest in all his dealings with others.
