Easy-to-find location with plenty of parking, in the lot or on the street. This is my go-to place for renewing my certifications whenever my facility's class schedule doesn't align with mine. Ricardo was knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and created an engaging learning environment. He encouraged participation and provided plenty of opportunities for questions, discussion, and feedback. I always leave feeling confident and well-prepared.
