James Garcia with Top Tier Construction is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired…and I’ve hired several over the past few years remodeling my home. I’ve always had good results and been pleased with the work I’ve had done- but James is on another level with his work ethic, his kindness, knowledge of the work at hand, and the fabulous crews he has working for him. James was highly recommended to me from a new neighbor that had used his company to replace a roof on their previous home. I reached out to him regarding my roof and set an appointment to meet with him that week. I was impressed every step of the way. James is very knowledgeable with the insurance aspect of replacing roof etc., of which I can honestly say I was clueless about. Without him I would have missed a deadline for a hail damage claim that I had no idea I even qualified for. I just knew I needed a new roof and it was daunting as a single woman - if I hadn’t had that quick conversation with a new neighbor I wouldn’t have known my roof could potentially be covered by my Homeowner’s Insurance as their’s was. My new roof is gorgeous. Within 10 days of meeting with James the work began. His crew was awesome- can’t rave about them enough. They worked so hard, cleaned up every day when they left, and were super friendly and easy to communicate with. James was here every day supervising - helping with clean up….totally hands on in every way! Home construction is expensive - I expect everyone I hire to go ‘above and beyond’ as lots of people say when leaving reviews. With James and Top Tier-it’s so much more than ‘above and beyond’. James provides ‘white glove’ service - from start to finish. Highly recommend this company - I’ve already referred him to family and friends. Thank you James!
